Decrees of the Dynasty

1. The Divine Compact
These Decrees ("Rules") govern your path through ZeusDynasty, encompassing all trials, sprints, and community gatherings (the "Adventure"). By crossing the threshold into our realm, you affirm that you have studied, understood, and pledged to follow these Rules. If you defy them, you must depart our lands instantly.
2. Nature of the Realm — Zero Sacrifice Exploration
ZeusDynasty offers high-speed expeditions for pure recreation and social bond. No real-world currency may be wagered. Virtual tokens, relics, points, or collectibles amassed (the "Arcane Assets"):
- possess no monetary worth,
- cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or worldly rewards, and
- exist solely within our mythic ecosystem.
Trial outcomes are forged for entertainment only and carry no financial weight in the mortal world.
3. Seeker Enrollment and Security
a) The Enrollment Rite:
Join our ranks by providing your email and personal details through our protected gateway.
b) Truth of Identity:
You pledge to provide only accurate, current, and complete information throughout your stay.
c) Sanctuary Protection:
You are the steward of your own credentials. You are responsible for all deeds done under your moniker. Summon us if your account is breached.
d) One Soul, One Moniker:
Each hero is permitted only one active profile. Use of automated scripts or multiple identities is strictly forbidden.
4. Code of the Champion
Your stay in the Adventure is for personal joy and social interaction. You swear to avoid:
- violating any laws or regional decrees;
- skewing trial results or exploiting arcane vulnerabilities;
- using automated golems, cheats, or forbidden third-party tools;
- assaulting the realm's servers or community peace;
- infecting the realm with malicious code or shadow content;
- harassing other seekers or wearing a false identity; or
- breaching the scrolls of other heroes or realm data.
The Council reserves the right to exile violators and terminate privileges at our sole discretion.
5. Divine Intellect and Creative Rights
a) Realm Property:
All software, art, scrolls, echoes, and interfaces within the Adventure are the property of the Dynasty or our allies. We grant you a fleeting, revocable, non-transferable right to experience the Adventure for fun, provided you follow these Decrees.
b) Heroic Contributions:
When sharing content (monikers or community chat), you grant the Dynasty a universal, royalty-free right to use these works to enhance the realm. You remain responsible for your words and must hold the rights to them. We may banish content that breaks these laws.
6. Arcane Assets and Advancement
Relics and progress are gifted privileges that may be shifted, capped, or removed at any hour. We make no promise to maintain specific ranks, hoards, or features and hold no debt for the loss of progress due to maintenance, technical tremors, or account exile.
7. Portals to Foreign Lands
The Adventure may point toward external realms. We hold no sway over, and accept no blame for, the content or laws of those distant lands. Your journey there is your own.
8. Disclaimers of the Gods
THE ADVENTURE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY DIVINE GUARANTEES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. WE SPECIFICALLY DENY ANY WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABLE QUALITY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT THE REALM WILL BE ETERNAL, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF ERRORS. There is no gambling here, no prizes of worldly value, and no cash path. Achievements here hold no weight in mortal currency.
9. Boundaries of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT OF THE LAW, THE DYNASTY SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, ACCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES—OR LOSS OF REPUTATION OR DATA—ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE REALM. OUR TOTAL DEBT FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID (IF ANY) TO ACCESS THE REALM DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE DISPUTE.
10. Excommunication
We may freeze or end your access at any time, especially if we deem you have broken these Rules or the laws of Canada. You may close your own path at any time by contacting our heralds.
11. Shifting Realms
We may alter the Adventure at our whim. These Decrees may be updated by posting new versions here. Your continued presence in the Dynasty following a change constitutes your acceptance.
12. Laws of the Land
These Decrees are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. You agree that any legal dispute shall be settled exclusively within the courts of Ontario, Canada.
